At WDW2018, the inevitable appointment with the "Classic" Ducati bikes returns!
Now in its fifth edition, the Ducati Heritage Contest is the event dedicated to all the classic Ducati bikes that fill the paddock during each edition. Taking part is simple: the contest is open to single-cylinder bikes produced between 1946 and 1978 and twin-cylinders produced between 1971 and 1998.
During the first two days of WDW a selected judging team including Livio Lodi, the curator of the Museum, together with the experts of the Ducati Foundation, will identify the best preserved and restored bikes. On these bikes will be affixed a dedicated mark, in which the owner will find all the indications to be able to participate at the contest.
The final selection will take place on Sunday, 22 July at the Heritage Village, the staging area for all enthusiasts of the Ducati and “on two wheels” history. The jury will select the best three among all the finalist bikes, and the winner of the 5th edition of the Ducati Heritage contest will be elected.
